Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and marshmallow skulls!
I used Dandies Vegan Marshmallows to make these. It’s pretty easy but a bit time consuming if you are making a lot of skulls (or whatever shape.)
To make the skulls:
-dust each marshmallow in cornstarch
-roll out each marshmallow until flat between 2 pieces of parchment paper
-cut out your shapes with a cookie cutter
-remove marshmallow from parchment paper and place on a clean sheet of parchment paper, or some other clean surface that it won’t stick to
-decorate with chocolate (I melt the chocolate and pipe it out of a pastry bag fitted with a plain round size 1 tip)
-eat :)

We DVs like to customize our pizzas with avocado, pineapple, and veggie burger crumbles! Zpizza in SF.
Sooo my sister and I, kinda last minute, decided to take the 3 hour drive to Vegan Treats Bakery this past weekend.
We ate a beastly amount of delicious yummies and got even more to take back home(about $100 worth of beasting right there.) The raspberry chocolate brownies were worth the trip alone. Other note worthy treats are the cinnamon rolls larger than my face, jelly and boston cream doughnuts, peanut butter mousse bombs, and cannolis. Basically this place is paradise.
