Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and marshmallow skulls!
I used Dandies Vegan Marshmallows to make these. It’s pretty easy but a bit time consuming if you are making a lot of skulls (or whatever shape.)
To make the skulls:
-dust each marshmallow in cornstarch
-roll out each marshmallow until flat between 2 pieces of parchment paper
-cut out your shapes with a cookie cutter
-remove marshmallow from parchment paper and place on a clean sheet of parchment paper, or some other clean surface that it won’t stick to
-decorate with chocolate (I melt the chocolate and pipe it out of a pastry bag fitted with a plain round size 1 tip)
